Fuel sending unit
Fuel sending unit
Hi, I have a fuel leak on on of the 90 degree steel elbows out of the fuel sending unit. Is it possible to just replace the steel lines or do I have to buy an entire sending unit? The hard plastic lines from the sender to the lines on the frame rail are also damaged, can i replace just the hard plastic lines? It looks like they are formed to the steel with no clamps. I cannot get any of these parts anywhere other than a dodge dealer does anybody know what they would cost? 1999 24V
Thanks
Thanks
Check Ebay for complete module, used and new. I don't belive you can buy just metal elbow on top of module. As far as the lines, just drop tank and install new diesel rated fuel lines from module to pump and hose clamp. Easy.

Your better off to install retro kit fuel pump. It comes with in tank fuel pump and module, wiring and relay. While tank is down replace your fuel lines.
Thanks guys, I took the sender to the rad shop and the repaired the lines and I ended up just buying a FASS system since anymore modifications will need more flow. The sending unit without a pump was 580 from dodge and there are none available in Canada.
