Fuel Pressure

need some help i have a 01 that just had a new injection pump installed 127,000 not to bad but the dealer relocated the lp inside the tank , my fuel pressure at the pump stay around 9 to 11 psi before the new pump is was around 12 to 15 is the fuel pressure okay , by the way the reason for the new pump i had what they have been calling dead peadal at around 1500rpm

Perfectly normal for the in-tank version. Actually you are higher than most with the in-tank pump. Be glad.

thanks would it be worth my money to install a pusher pump to keep my pressure up,, and what would i consider low fuel pressure

I believe the Bosch VP is spec'ed to run no lower than 7 psig @ WOT...

what is your pressure at WOT, that's what counts. some times with a box on them it will pull a intank down to 0 A intank by it self is fine on a stock truck, but if your running a box or bigger sticks I would think about a helper. IMO
