Fuel Module at Tank, Which one is Suction and Return

I have a 2001 3500, the fuel module on the top of the tank has the module with the electrical connector and beside it (towards the back of the truck, looking at it from the drivers side) is the two fuel lines, which one is suction, which one is the return? Also, any tips on releasing the "quick" connect lines with breaking the plastic module?

Thanks.

if it's like the 2500, then the hoses should be slightly different sizes.
The smaller one is the return line. Just squeeze the plastic tabs in and it should come out. If full of dirt and grease then clean out the workings of the connectors with some sort of spray carb cleaner or similar, if difficult to remove.

You can use a zip tie to squeeze the clamps.

Use a little 2 stroke oil on the inside to lube it up.

Oils are not necessary.

A small amount of heat from a heat gun is all it takes. They will slip on, take shape and not leak.

You only need to be over 2 barbs to get a complete seal. We will be providing the newer fittings to the manufacturers after he current supply begins drying up.
