fuel leak

I just registered for this forum. I have used forums for motor cycles/atvs / and old tractors. I have had good luck finding people who could help with my problems . I'm hoping some one has had this problem or has an idea of what is going on.
I have a 99 dodge that has 210 thousand miles on it. It is stock as far as I know it only had forty thousand on it when I bought it in 2001.
I found that I have a fuel leak. The truck had been driven about eighty miles and we realized that there was a puddle of fuel under it. And it had coated the under side of the truck clear back to the rear wheels.
While we were checking it out we found that at a idle there is no leak. If you take it and drive it about four or five miles at around sixty. it blows fuel every where. But then you can't tell where it comes from.
It seems to be from where all the lines come out of the injector pump to about where the lift pump is. Then it goes down and to the back. I figure that is from the air blowing thru. At about the same place the top lines to the injectors has fuel on the not dripping but they are damp.
I took it to a garage just a small independent one. They couldn't find it either. They let it idle for forty five minutes, they had cleaned every thing off ,and there were no drips .They took it out and drove and there was fuel all over. They cleaned it up and ran it at good clip just sitting still for twenty minutes no leaks.
They thought the place to start was to replace the lift pump I can see all a way around the lift pump and it doesn't have fuel on it any where. so I don't think that is it.
I'm hoping someone has had the same problem or has an idea as to what is going on. or some way to see what is going on when you drive it. We tried power braking it it didn't leak.
Now if I can figure out how to post this. .
thanks in advance Pa
