Has anybody every had this code? I just had dodge put in a reman injection pump last week. The computer just picked up this code right after I just installed my new Fass pump system. I'm not blaming Fass pump, but what the heck. Do I have to take this stupid thing back to dodge for another injection pump? I have lots of fuel pressure, running 15-18psi. So I'm lost for words.

Why don't you disconnect your battery grounds, and then reseat all the connections to the pump that was just installed. Might just be a bad connection.

 

I just went through all the connections. The main connection at the injection was lose. I pushed to onto the pump more. I removed my comp box and the code disappeared. I reinstalled the comp box and now everything is happy. Man, this Fass pump works. I couldn't pull the pressure below 16psi at wot and had 18psi at idle. I talked to the dealership and they thought that my new injection pump died. They told me that its not unheard of to have a VP44 pump failure just after its was installed??? This is a fun game we play.
