only on a cold start ie. truck sits all day or all night, it starts fine, idles good, take off and it has very little power and u almost cant here the engine running, drive around the blok at max 10mph, it clears up and is fine for however long u want to drive it. new fuel filter, has 7 psi , has no problems and runs great once warmed up.i disconnected the ez and nothing has changed. any help would be appreciated

could the fuel psi regulator have a slow leak/pinhole that is letting fuel drain over a long time,

but the hole is so small the pump can keep the system full while running?

cycle the key about 3~4 times next time, that should run pump enough to refill the system, and see if this theory makes sense.

i had a a gas truck that leaked all fuel back into tank,
cycle key few times to prime the system fire right up.
