Factory FP pressure specs - help!

Dodge installed an intank pump. The pressure is no better. The service manager is saying there are no specs for pressure. That the issue is fuel volumn . But I seem to remember someone published FP specs from either Dodge or Cumins a few days ago. Of course I can't find it when I need it.

Found it posted a couple of weeks ago by Mopar1973man. Thanks. Also found a response that pressure specs have been superceded by volume specs. Just what the service manage was saying. So what now!
I wonder if I can add an external pump without removing the intank pump?

I'm thinking of installing a FASS-II after my warranty expires. Until then I will most likely take the intank setup and see what happens.

YES, a holley blue works real good with the in-tank pump, I put one on dad's truck and he holds about 20 psi at idle and 16 at wot
