extended crank time

sometimes when I go out and try to start my truck it takes a lot of cranking to start. Could this be a lift pump issue or something else?

Could be alot of things.. First off, what year is your truck? Have you done anything to it lately like run it out of fuel, change fuel filte etc? Is your lift pump running? Your gonna need to find out what your fuel pressure is. Do you have a way to check for codes?
