Engine Swap
My 24valve has crapped out on me at 275k miles. It was abused by the previous owner. I got a good deal on the truck $4500 so I don't mind swapping motors. I found another cheap 24v out of an 01 for sale with 110k on it. I'm thinking about buying it, but I have a few questions first.
My truck is a 5-speed. The donor was an auto. It comes with the ECM, but I couldn't use it since it was an auto right? Can I re-use my current ECM or not??
