Possible causes in order of possibility;
Loose or bad belt. If loose, check the auto tensioner.
Bad alternator bearings.
Water pump.
Fan. (remote possibility)

Let us know the cause after you find and fix it.

Turbo boot either developed a small hole, or is starting to work lose.

Your "squeal" is pressurized air leaving the intake system quickly.

Check all rubber boots connecting the turbo to connector, connector to intercooler, intercooler to connector, connector to intake.

Check both visually and "manually" meaning rub your hands all around checking for tears.

Check all clamps connecting said boots to said intercooler parts.

Just an educated guess.

For future posts, it would help immensely if you had a signature filled in, year make and model of truck, 12 or 24 valve, any modifications, etc.

"user cp" button up thar, then "edit profile", fill in box labeled "signature" see below this post for a mighty fine example of a really big signature.

Should be 4 intercooler boots.

If it's just a chirp at idle, then it is probably your belt.

See above gleaned from my first post in the thread.

2 on each side, with a hard connector between them.
