ECM Mounting
Have a 1998 1 ton 2wd manual trans. Had to remove the ECM because of some codes. When I removed the ECM from the side of the block it was so hot I could barely hang onto it. Should there be some spacers on the mounting bolts to keep it away from the engine block? This truck is new to me and I don't know what was done before me.
