dual grid heat
The electrical pull form one Grid Heater is fairly hefty on the batteries and work the alternator hard. I would think that if you doubled or near doubled the electrical pull, it would make for an interesting experiment.
For me, I have not thought about doing it but I would enjoy reading the write up on it when someone does it.

I bet it would pop a battery with that much power drain 1 heater pulls my gauge way down as it is . but we will never know till some one tries itGO FOR IT let us know how it works
The stock heater has two heating elements that alternate. The twin ram, AFAIK, splits these up so there is one heating element in each passage. IIRC, the twin ram is only for the 12v. The 24v has those god awful injection lines all over the place. 12v's are nice and orderly and gives a spot for the dual ports.

still dont see the point of having 2 intake heaters especially if you are in a warmer climate. dont even have mine hooked up in my truck and it starts just fine in single digit temps without being plugged in
