Drain Trans Fluid?

Drain Trans Fluid?
Had a few minutes of 300 degrees on the output side going up a hill behind a slow truck. Pan temp was more like 225. Should I change the fluid - its only got 7K on it?

what about the trans filter? same 7000 miles? alsa check the trans cooler..
