Cpk Problems
Well my CPK is obviously out i lose my tach and extra power when running down the highway. I got all the infomation on how to fix it. u know the usual remove starter and what not but did all that and there is no CPK there!!! So i went and called the local dodge dealership and they tol me on my truck 2001 2500 2WD the CPK is behind the ECM but ive never heard of this. Just wondering if there is any other sensor/switch/wire that could be loose or that i need to check.....

No CPK on the '01 that I am aware of.
You have a cam position sensor behind the VP44. If you lose the tach at low speed, it's the speed sensor in the trans usually. If at high speed, look at the unit on top of the rear differential.
What codes are you getting??

P1693 (M) DTC Detected in Companion Module A fault has been generated in the companion engine
control module.
This only tells you a code has been set, but not the code. Check it again.
