just thake a wrench and take the cap off the fliter housing and remove the old one and drop in the new one, )make sure it goes in the right way. correct side up) and then screw the cap back on, not to tight as to make sure to not crack it. then bump the starter a time or two to fill the canister back up and you will most likely have to bleed the system. so just crack the number one fule line while you have someone crank it and once it starts and fuel comes out of the line you cracked snug the line back down and you are all done.

Just remove old filter, wipe out bowl, refill bowl about halfway with fuel, reinstall filter and screw on lid, bump starter to run lift pump for 25 sec. do this 2 times, start truck.
