Codes 1757 & 1762

My truck is flipping out, had some weird stuff going on with it here recently. It's favorite trick now is to go into neutral while I'm riding down the road. Usually I'll still have first gear, then after a while it will start shifting right again. It gave me two codes, 1757 and 1762. Should I have the gov. pressure sensor replaced? I'm guessing this is a fairly routine thing for a tranny shop to deal with? I hope.
