What is involved in changing out a governor pressure sensor. My truck stays in 1st until warm up then shifts except to OD. I understand replacing this may be the fix. Do I have to remove drain pan to access etc?

Ye4s, the pan must come off. It's an easy fix, but by doing more in depth diagnosis you may find it's a bad pressure switch.

Many guys change both (cluster) at the same time.
