Should the grid heaters coming on at start up be enough to cause the check gauges light to come on? Grids coming on also messes my edge juice with attitude cts up. Only on cold starts. Otherwise the gauge shows 14.1 volts and everything works as it should.

Mine does the same, mostly when sitting for a few days and not plugged in. The grids pull alot of juice.

 

Mine just did the same. Alt. gauge reading discharge then check gauges light on. Grid heaters able to stick on? I got out and checked everything I could and restarted and all was fine. I hate it when it does that! Thanks mark
