Changed Power Steering pump now leaking oil badly

Just changed my PS pump , the shaft on the old one was a little beaten up on the end, but the new one went into place ok. Now however the pump is working but it is leaking oil around the shaft when the engine is on . I took the pump back off and tried to take the bracket off that holds the pump on but no luck. Has anyone had this off if so how do you do it. Or is there another way to fix the leak.

Is the leak, engine oil? Vacuum pump seal may be bad,What was your reason for replaceing p/s pump?

The ps pump was bad, no steering or brakes. It was leaking oil because of a bad seal on the vacuum pump, got that fixed and now everything is working fine.
