boost leak
I made a couple of plugs from 3" pipe with one end capped off. On one of the plugs I have a quick-connect air fitting. With one plug at the installed at the boot just past the turbo and the other one on the boot that goes on at the intake horn, the system can be pressurized with regulated shop air. You can then use soapy water on all the connections and the intercooler to check for leaks. This method works good for finding pesky leaks that might only occur at higher boost levels.

boost
here is what I do , disconnect the air inlet to turbo hose and fabricate a pipe and fitting for shop air to hook up right to the turbo , use a air regulator , and pressurize the system , you will be able to tell the difference in sound of the air leaking thru the intake valves in the engine , now use soap and water spray bottle and spray all your CAC connection and CAC , also listen to the waste gate for leaks also .
