Blue Chip vp44 longevity, failures
How many miles do people have on their Blue Chip vp44s? How many have failed? Just wondering if their track record warrants the extra cost...

That was almost an intelegent post.
I have roughly 80,000 miles on my Blue Chip pump.
It is working flawlessly.
Chip has been very good to work with too. A friend bought from him, he has the 'x' pump for mileage. He really likes it.

I am surprised to only get one response, given the overall interest in vp44 longevity (glad the one response was a positive though). Anyone else have a Blue Chip vp44 with a lot of miles, or else a Blue Chip that had problems?

After 2 Industrial Injection & Turbo Service HR-VP44 pumps in 3 years,
the first with the pump wire hooked up on an Edge Comp Box, the second without the pump wire hooked up ie: EZ mode, I went with the Blue Chip Pump.
Yes Johnh...Once again, ...... the second pump died and I never had the pump wire hooked up.

I just put on the special X a month ago. I average app. 5-7,000 miles a month all heavy towing. I will let everyone know what happens also the wire is tapped with the tst.
