My cummins piled up the other night...I was working on a well blowout in Edmonton and it was about -25C (-35 with windchill), My command start started my unit 3 times that day and obviously didnt build any heat.. Couldnt plug in, and well I came to it after 15 hours and it sounded horrible..... Geez I guess cold idling does kill a cummins. (I shoulda known better but...Oh well *&*&* happens.)

Time for a cylinder head repair.

One reason I like my exhaust brake. Somedays it sits there and chugs against it for hours. Burns some big time fuel, but keeps the heat in it.
