What is the best brand to get for wheel bearings u-joints and ball joints cuz i will be replacing the majority of theses parts soon and I wanna get an idea of what brands to get, best money/quality ratio with out breaking the bank. Your input is appreciated. Semper Fi

When i did mine i went with Moog. If you get a track bar make sure its a genuine. I was sold a counterfeit and didn't know the difference at the time.

I was told not to go with moog because they changed their design for like 01 and up and it wasnt very good, have seen alot of guys post that moog is not what it used to be but I could be mistaken

I agree. I would stay away from Moog ball joints on your 02, but I find their track bar is a decent choice. Never personally tried XRF ball joints, but they seem to be a respected choice on the forum here. For u-joints, I've always had great luck with Spicer Life non-greasable joints.

Bought my wheel bearings from Advance on the front, rear, moog ball joint on the front. Front bearings have been on there for about a year or some 30k. Moog ball joint has been on there for several years. All have been proven durable. How do I know, weighed the truck yesterday and it has 4300lbs on the front axle daily. If they can hold up to that I'm thinking they're doing their job.

I used MOOG ball joints 50k miles ago still tight or XRF you can try also get TIMKEN bearings and spicer U joints

After replacing the MOOG ball joints every few months. Went with the XRF's and they are still tight and they have been in there two years now.

The problem that I and others have experienced with the Moog joints isn't that they wear out fast, it's that they are too tight. They bind and don't let the steering return to center after a turn, which really makes the truck a handful to drive down the road. As far as longevity goes, they seem at least as durable as any other jobber replacement.

I had the same problem. Took the lower Moogs out and put the good NAPA balljoints on. 40,000 on them so far no problems.

I went with napa wheel bearings, and dana ball joints and u joints everything is greasable but the lower ball joints and the sealed wheel bearings. The wheel bearings have something like a 75,000 mile warranty and the never asked for an intial milage
