ball joints and wheel bearings

was wondering where everyone get their replacement ball joints?
was looking at the Carli ball joints, anyone have these and are they worth it? price?

also looking at replacing wheel bearings for the 4th time, was wondering where a good place to buy them at is?
i found that the dodge ones seem to last a bit longer for some reason, i never buy white box.

I got my ball and ujoints from EMS offroad when I got my free spin kit. I believe they were from Dodge but not positive. Wow, 4th time through with bearings! I sure like my free spin kit and glad I don't have to deal with the factory sealed unit anymore.

x2 on free spin hubs. Carli uppers are $550 now, i was on the 2nd pair of uppers so worth it to me to be done tearing the front end all the time. They are impressive. Moog greasable lowers from rockauto.com fit the bill for me, and are still nice and tight. Not sure when they will be done or how much $$, but i would check up on the dynatrack lowers, burley and re-buildable in the knuckle is the word...

I just installed the upper ball joints from Carli and Moog lowers. I don't know how long the Moogs will last but if they go, I'll be buying the lower joints from Dynatrac. Their ball joints look pretty beefy. Carli Suspention is supposedly working on developing a lower ball joint to complement the uppers. We'll see!!

154672 miles I just replaced my bearings and balljoints due to the axle u-joint failing I did both sides with parts from car quest the ball joints were greaseable. A friend of mine has a store so he gave me a great deal.
Both rotor had hub were frozen tigh with rust i had to heat both and used a chipping gun with a blunt tip to force the hubs out. i also replaced the stearing linkage.
Drives like a new truck.

yup, been there a few times now. i use lots of antiseize around where the unit bearing goes into the knuckle, they come off easy now.it seems to be ever year i have to keep up with this stuff, at first it was very hard to get the parts from dodge, but they are out there now./
so far i have replaced with moog steering stuff, and have used factory wheel bearing until last year, i used SKF. the ball joints are factory as well cause the parts stores around me said that moog never had any avalible at that time. i don't drive as much as i use to, so maybe i can get some better life.but the truck sits more, which is worse i think, almost 400,000kms.

I just keep sticking the needle into the rubber boot and pumping in some Mobile 1 greese about every other oil change, I hope it helps, no failures yet. I try to find and hit the same hole each time.

i stilll haven't done ball joints yet, but its really time. i was wondering why Carli would only have the uppers and not lowers? which is first to go south?? i thought lowers were the worst.
where else can i get ball joints, that are in stock and not a waiting period for?
