Not sure if its an emergency

Not sure if its an emergency, but what the heck is this hanging off! 2001, kinda looks like some type of breather hose, but not sure. Can find no fittings as to where it twould go. If someone could help, would be greatly appreciated, have sunk a fortune into this thing and tired of running to the shop.

It's the breather for your rear diff. Should be clipped up somewhere...

Just zip tie it up under the bed, as long as its higher than the axle it will be fine.
