I have a 99 that Im starting to play with. I just installed new air cleaner and have ordered a 4&quot; stainless exhaust. I want to install a EZ tow pro box, but am worried that the stock auto will start having seizures. The truck has 60,000 miles on it and so no problems, except LP which everyone will experience.<br>PS added pusher pump with new LP works great. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks<br>Matt

 

Matt, Its hard to say if the trans will take the extra HP. But sounds like you might have a good one since its lasted this long. ??? <br> Mine did not hold up with the EZ, but I think it would have started slipping even without the EZ, maybe just not as soon.

 

yeah, ya never know if it will hold or not. I had the Edge Comp (no pump wire attached, acts like an EZ) hooked up for about 4 months and never had a problem with slippage. Only thing to do is try it out! If you know someone with one that is willing to let you borrow it and try it... that would be cool!<br><br><br>Tony

 

Might want to look into DTT valve body and torque convertor,might started shuddering as soon as I added my Van Aakens..
