Hi Guys - I am considering swapping out my 47re for a NV5600. I know I need the tranny, bellhousing, adaptor plate, crossmember, clutch hydrulics, peddle assembly, clutch, drivelines, shifter, shifter boot and misc. plastics. And later down the road, things like manual steering colunm and gauge cluster. My first question is will my auto PCM work ok for now? Is the PCM something that can wait to be swapped down the road? 2nd question, will the transfercase from my 47re work with the NV5600?

I've been looking into this myself. The PCM will be fine. The transfer case needs a new input or a T-case from a manual. They're different splines (23 auto, 29 manual). I guess if you're doing a 100% swap, to make it just like it came from the factory with a 6 speed, a column and gauge cluster will be good, but it's not necessary. You can just remove the column shifter and put a piece of black plastic over the gear indicator.
