How do you do an APPS reset?
Well like I said, I had this problem. I replaced the overflow, no dice. I can't swing the cost of a new pump, so I did the APPS reset (let it reset for over 2 hours). I then fired it up, and DISCO!!!! the problem is gone *knock on wood*.

I agree with the quote above. In Step 4, I had two failed resets using the directions of 30 min. for the battery disconnect. I tried again, this time leaving the batterys unhooked for almost 2 hrs.......worked perfectly!

I think that was me you quoted (the disco part gave that away). Do the APPS reset for AT LEAST 2 hours. Follow the directions to a T (That is what I did). I unhooked the batteries, and went to cook myself and my fiancee dinner. When we were done eating, I went out and finished it. Worked like a charm.

Yes,
It was you (FLATTY) that I quoted. I didn't know how to highlight it the way others have. I have been getting stuck throttle and other symptoms. It sort of seems like a leaky injector at times then at others a stuck throttle. Maybe it is both with separate cures.
I have started another thread......i'm smokin please help to fully explain
