I keep getting code P0222 and 1639. I can get them cleared after a little while, but then they come back. It's been going on for about a week now. I've got the apps adjusted all the way up and have done a reset also. Is there anything else I can do or will I have to replace it? I sure hate to spend the $400 if there is somehting else I could do.

Are you having any issues, or just codes? My old APPS was throwing an low idle validation code, but when I replaced it, there was zero difference other than 1 code disappeared. Considering there was no CEL, and the price I paid for the APPS, I wouldn't replace it unless its affecting driveability.

 

Im not having any issues. Im just reading about it in the factory service manual. Just trying to learn about my truck is all since it is my first diesel
