APPS replaced!

Replaced the APPS this morning and, WOW, what a difference! My 14 year old daughter even commented, "Why is the truck running so smooth, Daddy?"

Got another fix now, the throttle valve cable (the cable on the bottom of the APPS assembly). I broke the plastic end when I was unclipping it. Is this an easy repair? I superglued the piece back on for now and it seems to be holding.

I've been throwing the P0122 code for a few weeks now. I checked them this morning and I also had the P0216. I'm not too worried though, since I've been told that the P0122 can cause the other to show.

I cleared the codes before I started the work and checked after and the codes had returned ... and that's without starting the vehicle ... what gives? Cleared them after the work and gave her a good test drive ... no codes!

BTW: Just a word of advice. If you replace the APPS, make sure you do a reset and clear the codes, before starting the engine for the first time. I guess if you don't you'll end up throwing the same codes and have continuing problems with the APPS. Hope this helps someone out there!
