Another LP Post UPDATE!!

I just posted in the Help section for a different reason but back to the stock Carter, where the fuel line connects to the pump there are 2 blue clips that hold the line on like a quick connect, what are they called and can I put a hose clamp over the line as I believe mine is loose causing air in the lines. I don't want to compress the blue clips and have the fuel line pop off.

There is a noticeable change in the sound of the pump if I wiggle the supply line while the pump is running. And the corresponding pressure drop.

I think I might have found my fluctuation in FP issues. Of course after I spent the money on a Walbro

Thanks

An update, the Walbro is installed and working great 18-19psi idle and never below 14 WOT but it takes about 4 minutes after I shut off the engine for the gauge to read 0 psi. Is this normal?? I tried opening the needle valve but that just made the gauge buzz/flicker so I put it back where it was.

Ideas?

Also I think there is a boost leak. It's not normal for my boost gauge to be reading 0 at hwy speed is it? If I give it some fuel it will jump up to 5-8psi but just normal cruising it's 0 psi. Sound like a leak to anyone else?

Thanks.

My fuel pressure drops to zero right away. Boost is 0-2 cruising 55 so I don't think that is a problem. This is with injectors and va5.
