Last october the dealer changed my trans fluid + valve body when the factory VB took a dump on me.

I got around to changing the trans fluid this past saturday and I switched over from Mopar ATF +4 to Amsoil Universal ATF and the difference was like night and day even when compared to when I changed the fluid in the past with Mopar fluid.

Shifts are seamless, only O/D lets you know its being shifted into but that most likley is just the drop in RPM's that you feel.

 

If you don't mind, could you tell me where you purchased the Amsoil? I've heard great things about the motor oil but I didn't know they made ATF. I'm wondering where you can buy it.

I there is a fluid cavity on a vehicle, Amsoil make a filler for it. I have full amsoil in all of my vehicles and even the lawnmower.

 

I switched mine at 15k and now have 64k and just love it. I used the Allison spec Amsoil in my Allison and loved it as well...

 

yep, i have it in my diffs, trans, engine, and im running all amsoil filters...Ü no problems, knock on wood
