Ajusting Valves on 24v

. . OK, , Got the injectors replaced now ready to adjust the valves. .
. . Any easy non-damaging way to rotate the engine if you don't have the official barring tool ? ?

Using the nut on the alternator pulley has always worked great for me to turn the engine backwards... unless the belt is all oily from a leak.

Yep, a socket on the alternator pulley nut works, it's what I did the last time I set my valves. Like torquefan said, it only turns the engine backwards which is not a problem. It uses either a 7/8" or 22mm socket. Turn the alternator counter clockwise (looking at it from the front of the truck).
