Oil is good! You can get the same results using ND30 and it's cheaper.

Most designed for diesel fuel additives add just as much lubricity as 2-cycle oil plus clean injectors and prevent cold weather gelling.
More bang for the buck using an additive.

I agree. Anything with lubricity is better than nothing, but actual fuel additive yields the most benefits.

I thought it made sence but the 2clye oil is made to mix with fuel & still lube His LP was still pulling 16 pds after 135000 miles & 6 years mine is 6years old but only 58000 miles most pulling a 38 ft race car trailer gros truck & trailer weight is 22000 by the way when I took my LP off yesterday I took it apart very easy to do there where sure a lot of wear on the vanes I took the vanes out turn them around it made 14 psi but the houseing is to scored up to trust just a learning curve here lol

So is it a good idea to add fuel additives often? I have heard different but always thought it could not hurt just did not want to spend the money if it wasn't necessary.

Cool

ive been putting 2 quarts of 2 cycle per tankfull for 3 years now, along with 16 oz. of power service. I record my mileage every fillup. Adding the 2 cycle has given me an extra 1.5 mpg. Have noticed through trial and error that 1 quart gave me no noticable increase in mpg. The truck has only had 5-7 psi fuel pressure for the past 70,000 miles with the original lift pump and vp.Edge ez was added 10,000 miles ago, and still not worried.I guess the extra cost of additives is slowely equalling the price of a new vp.
