4.10s

What would be the pros and cons of me puttin 4.10s in place of my current 3.54s? I am running 315s and do not plan to go smaller, if anything larger. In this case it would be logical to run 4.10s right? Where is the best place to pick up a set? Also how much does it usually cost to get them installed? Tell me what you guys think I should do. I want it to feel like it did when I had some stock tires on it. The 35s seem to make it lag a little.

Well I'm going the other way with my '99. My thought is I'll put enough power goods on to make up for any loss in accel. We already have a short RPM range with our engine, there is no need to shorten it with 4.10's.

Personally I say spend the money on engine goods and keep you gears. This will help you on the way to play and I personally belive it will help your VP. Our 01 that was stolen had no VP issues. After >200 miles of stolen abuse (not ran out of fuel or weak LP) it was trashed.

I think the $1000 plus you would spend to regear is better spent on some injectors to make up the power
