3 new belts and still jumping off!!
My friends 2001 Ram has a problem that has baffled both of us
. For some un-godly reason his belt keeps jumping off but, only by a rib or 2 at the AC pully. Now the baffling part is all the pulleys are running true and are not loose. The tentioner has been replace twice as well. Could he have gotten to weak tentioners? After all they are from Napa!
Anywho, please, ANY insite or ideas whould be appreciated! Thanks for reading!

had a chevy van with this problem i found out after much time measuring and checkin alignments and found that the tensioner was out of align when placed under load. and its gonna sound stupid but i stuck a business card under one corner and the customer hasnt had a problem since. and he has been back for regular service since
I had the same issue, replaced the worn belt with a new one from napa, it jumped off all the time. Replaced the idler pulley, still jumped off. Could not figure it out. Went and bought another belt from dodge ($70.00), put it on, does not jump off any more.
Don't ask me why...
