I've seen some truck videos where you can hear the truck's idle surging up and then back to normal and up and then back again. What is this? is this a strictly track purpose mod or is this a streetable mod?

extra large injectors primarily. i've been told that lower compression competition pistons can do it, too (but no experience on that level!)

 

Or a monster VP-44....... or oversized fuel lines..... or a p-pumped racer..... or .....??
Definately has to do with extra fuel somewhere.
