2001 y to t steering stabilizer shock

I recently changed my steering linkage over to the heavy duty "T" linkage system with great results. I am now wondering what stabilizer shock will fit without much modification. I threw the old one away as it was worn out and have been running without one for a couple months. I am having a hard time finding a part number for the new linkage. I believe the new linkage is the 98-99 model year. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Don't know about the fit but Genos garage sells the stock "big" stabilizer for our trucks.

When they replaced mine on my total front end rebuild they put a scrawny one on that looks like a window lift.

Just haven't gotten around to replacing it.

I don't think the stock one will work, I changed the linkage to the "T" system off a 3500. Need one with the clamp.

You should be able to swap to a stabilizer from the same year model at the steering you are using. The axle end of the mount didn't change, you just need the proper end for the steering linkage end.

I was able to use mine. I took one of the clamps from the old linkage to clamp it on. Been working fine for at least 6 months now.
