1693 Code Again!!! Now no Start!

Only now instead of the cam sensor deal it says, "DTC in the ECM". Anybody know what this means?

I would guess it means 'Diagnostic Trouble Code in the ECM'

1693 is a companion code meaning there is a dtc. if key trick [on off on off on] does not show it you will need a code reader to pull the code. Lts of auto parts store will read the code for you if you don't have acces to a code reader.
