00 transfercase 241dld manual 6 possible chain problems
Guys,
Have 2k w/468K six speed Dana 70 & 80 with DLD and the other day coming home heard a grinding and kind of a ketch in the drivetrain and at about 45 it started to slow dramatically and then cleared. It seems to me after reading all of the info I can that it may be a chain/bearing going out.
Any suggestions? What about a swap to a DHD unit any mods required?
