0-3" ThurenFab TB owners..

For those of you that have a 0-3" ThurenFab trac bar installed on your 2nd gen 4x4 WITHOUT a leveling kit or lift of any sort, did yall get any interference from Dons trac bar hitting the frame or diff??

I want to removee my 2" spacer from my truck and run only the stock coil but I don't know if there will be enough clearance for the Thuren trac bar..

A friend of mine put one on his stock truck. No interference at all. It's an outstanding product, BTW.

About 1 in 4 will work with this. Mine did fortunately but I had to install taller bump stops just to be safe. The Thuren connection on the drivers side can take a chunk out of your diff if you don't do this also.

As stated call Don and he'll help you make sure it will work and offer you options if it won't.

This is directly from their website
"Another way to check is to temporarily
tape a modified 2.5" diameter spray can lid, cupped center over the bottom of your existing trackbar,
joint, as this is the same size as my trackbars joint. If you can drive around and hit large bumps with
no sign of contact, my trackbar will fit fine."

I already have the TF tracbar bar. I've had it for about 6 years or so. I just want to know if anyone had one fit with out a 2" lift because I plan on takin my spacer out.

I guess the only thing I can do is just try it, but what a pain in the butt.

Can any one get a pic of there clearance for me?

Unless you're sold on the stinkbug look, consider his softride coils. Pretty nice!

Could you get me a picture? I took some measurements and I might can make it. I just don't understand how some clear and some don't. Is it the bolt that hits the differential?

I'm ordering my 20x9s with 305/50r20 next week. The tire will measure to a 32". I'd like to get a custom +1" coil from coil spring specialties and get a 2" lowering shackles for the rear. If I'm gonna have clearance issues with the trac bar ill go 1.5" coil, but I'd rather have the 1".

Right now with my spacers in the front the front fenders measure 42.5" while the rear is 43.7" or so.

Didnt read my post? I want to remove the front 2" spacer and get a custom +1" coil or a +1.5" coil and LOWER the rear by 2".

My original plan was to just remove the front 2" spacer and take the front back to stock height then remove the rear 4.75" block and put in a 2" tapered block, but now that I have trac bar issues Im trying to get it low as possible in the front with out having to buy a new trac bar AND get a custom rate coil.

So can anyone get me a picture of their thuren fab trac bar at the ball joint on a stock height front end??

Thanks for the picture Joe.

I don't really know what to do since I can't find anyone running stock suspension with is TB.

Hopefully some one will chime in before I go through the process of taking the spacers out JUST to see if its going to fit....

Did you call Don? I think that was my 1st suggestion. He has worked on at least 2 or 3 trucks and knows what the suspension details.
