this is the thrid time my front right wheel bearing broke on the same side. tires full of air 75psi in them. it pulls sightly to the right. and it is the right side that keeps breaking .would it break from it being out of alinement ? or i doing something wrong . i hav changed lots of bearings b4 and know how to set it but y y would it keep breaking any ideas. throw some to me

 

What type of bearing failure are you having? Is the roller cage breaking? Are the rollers or races spalling or pitting?

 

Inner or Outer bearing?

Same brand bearings, or different?
The reason I ask is because I work for a bearing mfgr. And if the parts store you're buying the (assumed) same brand bearing from that keeps failing could be as simple as the mfgr had some known or unknown equipment or material failure issues on that particular run of bearings. Now the parts store is selling you sequential failures without knowing anything was wrong. I've seen it happen!

But, if you're using different brands that probably aint the case. Get back to us with more info and maybe we can help you out.

Bent spindle maybe?

 

the roller cage i think breaks each time. this time it was the inner and the other 2 times was outer .the broken bearing parts are brunt and i put a hole tube of greace each time . bent spindle maybe, yes maybe .thats what i was going to chang this time chage the spindle.

 

id go for spindle

 

i found out that the spindle is 700 dollers per side .but im dam sure i heard that i can get 1 at parts source
