won't start

won't start

i have a '90 cummins, and when the truck is cooled off it starts right up, but after its up to temp and i shut it off it wont start, but if i let it cool off again it'll start up again no problem. anyone have any idea what it could be? i was guessing the starter, but thats jsut a guess thanks

Sounds like the injection pump is worn out. Pour water over the pump when it won't start to confirm this.

If you are guessing a starter. Does that mean when its warmed up the engine wont crank. If so it could be the starter.
If it cranks and wont start then I would do what Wannadiesel said.

sry i didnt tell you all the problem, when i shut it off it wont start because it wont crank over till it cools
