Wiper Problem

My low/high works on my windshield wipers but my delay has quit. I checked the fuse panel to see if there was a relay or something and there wasn't. I went ahead and changed out the fuse that controlled the wipers and a/c clutch. It didn't look bad but i couldn't think of anything else to try. It didn't help any, my low/high still works and still no delay.

My trucks a 93, anyone have any ideas as to what else i can try?

There is a delay relay behind the dash to the left of the ashtray. Mine says right on it that it is the wiper relay with a part number. It is screwed to the metal bracket that has the grounding lugs on it.

It's either the switch or the delay unit - but if it won't work on any of the delay positions my money's on the delay unit.

I "searched" and found this thread.I know it's an old thread but I'm tryin' to figure this out.
I've got kinda the same issue.
My wipers work, just every now and then the delay doesn't delay,it just runs as low speed.
Could this also be the delay or something in the clock spring?
Mines also a '93 but bare bones-NO options.

Thanks in advance,
Ragg

It's the delay or the switch, it would have nothing to do with the clock spring.
