I just replaced my wiper motor because the old one didn't work and now this one don't work either. I have power to the plug going into the motor but I don't think I have ground. I jumped the motor directly and it works. Does anyone know what color wire is the ground? Or supposed to be anyway. Colors are red/yellow stripe,green, 2 blue wires into same spot on plug and a brown/white stripe. Thanks

 

Would help if we knew what truck you have. Most of us put it in our signature line. Go to user CP and put it in.

On mine, it appears to be a ground strap from the wiper motor to the body.
