Window deflectors
I have a set of the stainless units that slip under the window seal, and are held fast by a couple small screws. I have not been able to bring myself to use these ones due to the screw holes required.
I think if I do use a set it would be the plastic shields held on by 2 sided tape style.

When I bought my truck the PO installed the plastic tape on window vent visors. I took them off. Either they was the wrong ones or was not installed right because you could only open the front wing windows about 1 inch.

I'm using the stainless units and I have never drilled nor installed the screws; the units hold themselves in place just fine without any screws. Friction is a wonderful thing...
Never thought about the vent windows not being able to be open all the way. I seldom, if ever use mine...so I think I could get away with running them.
I'd need to find a pair for the back doors on the crewcab as well.
Slammazon has them too....
I think the black plastic vent visors that restrict the amount you can open the vent window, are crappy.
I love to be able to use that vent window.
I use the chrome ones on some trucks, nothing on others.

Although I've used the chrome ones in the past, this 08 of mine still doesn't have either type. I've seen several of the molded plastic break in the cold if someone grabs them getting in or out of the truck.
Seems to me someone makes the same identical style as the chrome but in a black. I guess I could order the chrome ones and spray paint it with that stuff you can peel off if the look of black gets old. You all like the chrome ones? My truck is the two tone black upper and gold/ copper(sorry man color blind/ignorant. That's why I stick with blue jeans and white t shirts) and the closest piece of chrome would be the mirrors.
