Question Who has the most miles on their stock automatic transmission?

I was just curious who on the forum has a 1st gen that is equipped with a stock auto and is still functioning great. I'm 50 miles until I hit 200K on the ol' rig and my transmission is bone stock and working great. It would be interesting to see who's transmission has survived all the miles........

Mine is stock with 261,000 on it. I've only had it since April and the po did very good maintenance on it, only mod he did to the tranny was have the line pressure increased. The tc is stock too, but hopefully that will change in the foreseeable future.

360k or so spent first 10yrs hauling scrap metal and a 38' fifth wheel camper then it spent another 7yrs being beaten and neglected now it gets driven about once a week but not very far. Last month I towed a flat trailer with a 89 d250 375mi with no problems at all, it still shifts great.

mine has 200k+ (odo crapout) and the po said most of it was hauling funiture from alabama to TN, and ive had no problems except for the convertor, which slips enough when towing 7000 lbs it was turning more rpms in Od than it was in 3rd thanks to slippage

Mine has 386000 all orig. except body parts and rear end. Truck was rear ended at 70 mph while trying back my trailer w/backhoe on it into driveway off of the hwy. Still runs great.

my odometer quit working with 242k on the clock, and that was over four years ago.

I should have about 350k on it now ; )

With me being a "Drag Race Wanna-Be" I finally got around to addressing my heaps transmission for the purpose of handling increasing power. (In my dreams anyway ).

Anyhoot, I tore my mess down after 223,000 miles. The truck never really worked hard as many here as far as towing and such. I've only taken to weekend drag-racing over the last year.

With that, I found very little in the way of wear-n-tear inside. As might be expected after 223K, there were the worn thrust bearings and evidence a few of the clutches and steels in the clutch-pacs were beginning to succumb. Nothing scary by any means.
