Where can I buy a new windshield wiper relay module?

I'm pretty sure my relay module is toasted. I've already replaced the motor and I've been checking the switch out with a Volt/ohm meter and I think its OK. I pretty much just have low speed and the wipers don't park in the right spot. Sometimes when you turn them to off, they will run for another 5-10 cycles. Anyway, I want a new module. I don't want to take a chance on getting one from a salvage yard and it being bad too. So, who sells new ones?

I would also check the grounds for the wiper system as well. Mine did that as well and as I replaced the ground wires at various places on the truck, they started working properly.

I bought a used one from ebay 6 months ago. I dont know if mopar sells them anymore or not

I did actually get my wipers working last night. I pulled the intermittent wiper controller and noticed that it had been hot at one of the connections and was arced out. I pulled it apart and inspected the rest of the board, but it looked OK. I got a little pick and bent up all the connectors on the female connector and shined them up as best as I could. I took some steel wool to the connectors on the board and got them cleaned up. Put it all back together and it took off working..... at least for now anyway.

Where is this board located? I got one a while back and can't find where it goes. Does the circuit board go inside the black plastic? BTW, I got mine through MoparPartsAmerica.com. I think it was around $50 or $60.

The board is the guts out of the black plastic box. The back will come off to take it out.

Its to the right (passenger side) of the steering column, on a steel bracket. Pretty much just under the radio. It slides off the bracket, and has a pretty flat connector.
