whats wrong

ok i have a problem win i am driving around and acting like a edit and roding my truck like getting on it alot somtimes it will cut out and go down to idle and it wount do anything then push in on the clutch ant then its fine after that

But is sounds like the government installed anti-J/A fuel conservation device is working properly.
