How to Lift an 1989 2wd Dodge truck d250 2-3"

I have a 89 dodge diesel 2wd d250 and was trying to lift it up about 2". the truck is level but i just wanted it a little taller. Does Anybody Know how i can do this?

If you still have the stock springs, you can upgrade to the 1 ton. There are coil spacers out there that may work. For the rear, anything from blocks, add a leafs, to air bags will work.

Anything done to it now? I have 1" coil spring spacers in mine good for about 1 1/2" maybe a little more. i am planning to do a homemade body lift but it wil only help aprox 3/4". i have contacted fab-tech they make abunch of 2wd kits for everything but ours. they told me i would have to make my own.

ya i have a 1 ton coil springs in the front cause i replaced them once an less than 10k miles they calapsed again. so i put heavier ones in. does anybody know where i can get a 1-2" spacer for this truck?
